Claire brings a specialised focus on sports massage designed specifically for Bristol’s cyclists, runners, and outdoor adventurers.
As a qualified mountain bike guide and coach, founder of All Terre Adventures, she understands the specific ‘niggles’ that come with long days in the saddle or miles on the trail. She is passionate about helping people stay proactive so they can spend more time doing what they love, without being sidelined by avoidable tension or fatigue.
Why Have A Sports Massage?

Claire uses deep-tissue techniques and targeted maintenance to:
- reduce physical tension
- improve fluid movement
- help maintain the range of motion necessary for high-level activity.
Core Benefits
- Accelerate Muscular Recovery
- Restore Movement
- Reduce Pain
- Prevent Injuries
- Enhance Athletic Performance
Three-Pillar Approach

Rather than waiting for something to ‘break’, Claire focuses on a three-pillar approach to body maintenance: Recover, Prepare, Perform:
- Recover: Faster turnaround from intensive training sessions or weekend events.
- Prepare: Setting the foundation for your adventure and to feel great in your everyday life.
- Perform: Optimising how you move to unlock extra efficiency in your sport.
Whether you’re recovering from a heavy weekend of training or prepping for a goal event, book yourself in today with Claire to help you move better.
When she isn’t in the clinic, you will usually find Claire riding the local trails or preparing for her next endurance race.
Cost: Sports and Deep-Tissue Massage – £45 for 45 minutes; £55 for 60 minutes
