Tara Silverthorn
Tara Silverthorn qualified as a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist from the Craniosacral Therapy Educational Trust in London. She holds a Diploma in ‘Living Anatomy’, fully accredited by the Association of Physical and Natural Therapists (APNT), and a First Aid at Work certificate.
Tara is committed to creating a safe space and non-judgmental space for her clients, informed by up-to-date research. She engages in Continued Professional Development to enrich and deepen her practice and she receives regular supervision, supporting her to support you. Tara is a registered member of the Craniosacral Therapy Association and fully adheres to their Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
Tara also holds an MA in Dance Performance from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music & Dance and continues to work professionally in the field of dance and choreography. Her training and experience in movement and somatics underpins her understanding of the body’s intelligence.

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 9.30am – 6.30pm
Initial appointment: £65 for 1hr 15mins
All follow-up appts: £60 for 1 hour
£165 for 3 sessions, saving £15 (payable in advance)
£10 discount for students, NHS staff, concessionary rate (cannot be used with other offers)
Tara respectfully asks for 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice and missed appointments will be charged in full.
