I first contacted Kristy following a second miscarriage. I felt very raw and vulnerable and anxious about reaching out for help, but Kristy was able to expertly make me feel very nurtured and supported from day one. The treatment I have received has made great changes to my general health, something I had not really expected, having gone initially to address the key issue affecting me at that time. Amongst other issues, I had been suffering from debilitating migraines every month which have thankfully disappeared following the sessions. Kristy has treated me for two years, addressing fertility issues and then supporting me through a successful pregnancy. I feel so pleased that I have found both acupuncture and Kristy. I highly recommend her as a very talented practitioner who is also a very warm and kind.
Returning to tennis after several years away from the sport, I incurred a series of injuries. I worked with an excellent physio but recovery was taking a long time. I decided to try acupuncture and specifically searched for someone who treated musculoskeletal problems. Meeting Kristy was a game changer. Her ability to rapidly focus in on the physical issue and identify then treat the problem was impressive. After treatment, I could feel connected parts of me relaxing and releasing – on one occasion it felt like my shoulders were back in the right position. The results were tangible and significant, and faster than with physio alone. Kristy’s down-to-earth, pragmatic style helped greatly. I’d highly recommend getting acupuncture for pain.
I’ve been seeing Kristy every few weeks for almost a year now and would thoroughly recommend her. She has a genuine interest in listening, the ability to completely put you at ease and the knowledge to give thoughtful insight and recommendations along with the acupuncture itself. I’ve definitely seen results not only for the initial reason for seeing her, but also in my general overall well being – Kristy has been my first experience of acupuncture, and after talking to other friends about their experiences in other places, I’m so glad she was!
I have seen Kristy for acupuncture for many years to help with a chronic health condition. She is a very skilled and experienced practitioner, who is incredibly caring, thoughtful and insightful. She adapts each session to my mind and bodies needs. I always come out feeling better than when I walked in! I trust her implicitly and would highly recommend her to anyone interested in trying acupuncture.
I contacted Kristy after I suffered a miscarriage. Kristy and acupuncture supported me emotionally and physically to get myself back to a point where I successfully conceived. Kristy is kind, supportive and knowledgeable, a combination which gave me confidence in our approach to working not only on my fertility but also on other areas of my body and mindset. I strongly believe Kristy and acupuncture made a healthy pregnancy possible for me.
