Zoom consultations
We offer live Zoom consultations before your first acupuncture treatment and for clients requiring Chinese herbal treatment. Your practitioner may contact you before your first acupuncture treatment, gathering pertinent details to enable a diagnosis of your condition.
If you require herbs, these are available via a consultation with either of our Chinese Herbal Medicine practitioners Jill Glover and Helen Fielding. They will prepare a herbal prescription to address your health needs, which will be posted to you directly. Our suppliers have strict hygiene measures in place to ensure your protection in line with government safety guidelines.
What we need from you
For the online consultation you need:
- Good internet connection and Zoom App or Browser
- Use of phone, tablet or desktop computer
- To send us a photo of your tongue before your consultation.
We can also carry out consultations via WhatsApp or FaceTime, if that is more suitable for you. Phone consultations are also possible, although these are not as thorough.
Costs:
- Online herb consultation: £80 for 45 minutes
- Herbs will be an additional charge
- Pre first treatment online consultation: £80 for 45 minutes
- Online initial herb consultation: £75 for 45 minutes
- Follow-up herb consultation: £50
- Herbs will be an additional charge
- Initial acupuncture online consultation & in-clinic appt: £95
- 30 mins phone or video consultation before first appointment: £35
