Anxiety can take many forms – from the apprehension before an event such as an exam or job interview, through to the debilitating everyday effects of the more long-lasting illness of anxiety.

As well as having a negative impact on our mental and emotional health, anxiety can also cause some difficult physical symptoms. These can include headaches, stomach problems, heartburn, and muscle tension. Such symptoms also add to the challenges that anxiety brings to our daily lives.
