Covid Safety Moving into Autumn

As we move into autumn, leaves turn golden and fall, our days become cooler and shorter, and coughs and colds become more frequent.

Jill Glover Acupuncture

Covid, coughs, colds, raised temperature

Current information on the Delta variant shows it manifests as:

  • Headache
  • Runny nose
  • Sneezing
  • Sore throat
  • Loss of sense of smell.

This is very easily confused with a common cold.

If you have any of these symptoms, please do not come in, unless you have a negative lateral flow or PCR test. Otherwise please contact us to cancel your appointment.

Covid secure

Throughout the clinic, we will follow our safety measures, maintaining high levels of sanitisation.

We request you arrive on time to reduce client crossover. Our waiting facilities are currently solely for use for the elderly and infirm.

Face Masks

Masks will continue to be worn at all times by patients and practitioners, following professional guidelines.

Supporting your health and wellbeing

Acupuncture and Chinese Herbs can help bring your body back into balance to improve your health. Treatment can build up your immunity and help you have a good autumn and winter. It can also help prevent Covid, and treat long Covid.

We also have an excellent immune tonic to help prevent coughs, colds and flu, plus an effective tincture to deal with sore throats and flu.

Do remember to continue to take your Vitamin D, Vitamin C and zinc to support your immune system.
