Annette Sloly is an experienced Senior Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist, helping those navigating life’s challenges.
Overcoming adversity from trauma and personal obstacles led Annette to a greater understanding of the mind and body. After 10 years working in private and public sector roles, she decided to explore this in more depth and become a Clinical Hypnotherapist, qualifying in 2012.
Annette practises Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy (SFH), a collaborative approach that combines psychotherapy and hypnosis. This approach is practical, short-term and goal-focused. It gives you resources and tools to help you feel more in control during what is often a difficult time in your life.
Annette’s expertise spans various sectors, specialising in supporting adults with anxiety and stress. As a classically trained violinist, Annette understands the joys and challenges of creative expression. Her work with those in the visual and performing arts includes addressing problems such as fear of public speaking, managing stress, anxiety, stage fright, and building confidence. She also supports individuals in the recovery of medical trauma and sports injuries, and stress-related medical disorders.
Her focus is to help the client feel empowered and equipped to deal with a specific challenge or simply have a better quality of life.
In her spare time, Annette enjoys yoga, meditation, sports, travelling and spending time with her family in nature.
