Phaedra Owlfinch specialises in two- and four-handed massages alongside her partner, Adriano. She is an MTI Registered, fully qualified professional Massage Therapist, having trained at the Bristol College of Massage and Bodywork (BCMB). There she cultivated a deeper awareness of what it is like to be in her body, and wants to pass that on to others to help them achieve deep, embodied relaxation.
Her background is in psychology and puzzles. She enjoys solving puzzles and understanding how mechanics relate to each other, and she brings those skills to her massage practice. Her aim is to offer a calm and safe space where what you want is the main priority. From there, she works out the puzzle of what your body needs, in that very moment, to relax.
Her intention always is to be accepting and welcoming of everyone. Managing Type 1 Diabetes, Fibromyalgia, and Neurodivergence daily, she knows the importance of doing all we can to cope and take care of ourselves.
Phaedra is also trained in counselling, trauma awareness and alleviating headaches.
In her spare time, she plays and writes for table-top role-playing games, volunteers as a counsellor, and embroiders.
