Claire Sharpe

Claire is a qualified Sports Massage Therapist with a deep passion for the outdoors. As a mountain bike guide and coach, she is a familiar face in Bristol’s cycling community and understands firsthand the physical demands of endurance sports.

Claire’s practice is built on the philosophy that ‘your body is your most important piece of kit’. Whether you are training for an ultra-distance event, recovering from a weekend on the trails, or simply looking to move more fluidly in your daily life, she believes proactive maintenance is key to longevity.

She specialises in soft tissue therapy that translates directly to performance, focusing on optimising movement efficiency, reducing tension, and maintaining range of motion. Her treatments are designed not just as a quick fix but to help you recover, prepare, and perform at your best.

When she isn’t in the clinic, you will usually find Claire riding the local trails or preparing for her next endurance race. She works with cyclists, runners, and outdoor enthusiasts of all levels to help them unlock that extra gear.
