A Mummy MOT® is a specialist post-natal checkup following a vaginal or C-section delivery – no matter how long ago. Even if your pregnancy and birth go smoothly, your body goes through a lot of physical changes affecting your posture, joints, abdominal muscles and pelvic-floor muscles. A Mummy MOT® provides post-birth rehabilitation to help you regain optimal function and strength, and help to minimise pain.
