Emotional Freedom Technique
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) can be applied directly to physical symptoms for relief without exploring any emotional contributors. However, for the most powerful, longest lasting results with EFT, we do expect to identify and target related emotional issues. EFT can be an ongoing process that we use to clear out the old traumas, and welcome any new challenges with a healthy, productive attitude.
How does EFT work?
Your session will start by being shown the meridian points that will be used during the session. The session will comprise of tapping on these points while using phrases related to your issue to keep you tuned in. This will help you to have inner shifts and being able to see what happened to you from a different perspective i.e. the intensity of the emotion will drop and you might feel detached, not bothered any more from it.
