During your journey through pregnancy and into motherhood, it’s important that you are able to find comfort and time to relax and tune in to what’s happening in your body. So Yoga Teacher, Anna Booth, has created a course just for you, where you can practise yoga whilst you connect with and share your journey with other pregnant women in a friendly, supportive and non-intimidating environment.
Anna will guide you through a 6 week course focusing on the essentials of yoga to help promote a happy and healthy pregnancy. You will learn specific pregnancy Pranayama (breathing techniques) which will help to calm and focus you, as well as Asana/Posture work to create strength and increased flexibility. Guided Relaxation will also feature in every session to promote restful sleep and offer you a much needed chance to unwind.
We limit the class size to 10 people, which allows me to give each person the attention and guidance required to progress, learn and grow. Together you will explore the ways that pregnancy yoga can improve your overall wellbeing and make your experience a little more comfortable.
Anna’s hope is that you will reach the end of this 6 week course eager to carry on your yoga journey! You will be equipped with a good understanding of what you need, as well as a variety of techniques to help support you throughout your pregnancy, birth and into motherhood.
