Hello, I’m Jenny,
I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist & Health Coach, qualifying from the College of Naturopathic Medicine and have a background in Health Psychology. I have a keen interest in supporting others to improve their health and mental wellbeing. Whether this is through increasing energy, managing stress or boosting low mood, ultimately, I want to help people feel healthy and happy.
Our diet and lifestyle habits influence the functioning of all the major systems of the body and consequently make a difference in how we feel mentally and physically. Nutritional Therapy identifies potential nutritional imbalances and understands how these may contribute to an individual’s symptoms and health concerns.
As a Nutritional Therapist, I look at what’s going on with the body as a whole and recognise this will be unique to every individual. I recommend personalised nutrition and lifestyle programmes rather than a ‘one size fits all’ approach. It’s not about a standard diet, it’s about finding what’s going on for you and what works for you personally.
