We can only ever experience anything and everything via the simple facts – or principles – of Mind, Thought and Consciousness. Those three universal principles are always bringing us experience every moment… from within us. Gaining an understanding of how these principles work is like being given the missing owner’s manual to being human.
This knowledge is incredibly practical, yet there’s nothing to do or to learn. Instead, it’s about being shown how it’s already been working all along – but nobody ever told us!
When we see what we already have going for us, and how the system is already working in our favour, we can give ourselves back to life, back to our innate health and wellbeing. Years of ‘efforting’ and stress about ourselves or our circumstances can fall away – to be replaced by the inbuilt energy and wellness that was always just below the surface of our innocent misunderstanding.
Katja Symons and Mick Tomlinson came across this understanding several years ago and almost straightaway found great improvement in their own physical health issues – simply from a profound shift in how they were experiencing life. On discovering that stress and struggle can only come from within, it no longer made sense to continue seeking solutions outside of themselves, or to try fixing their circumstance.
