Take a step forward and come along and enjoy an uplifting, relaxing and enlightening meditation hour. Meditation carries a myriad of well publicised health benefits and is a tremendous personal tool in reducing the stresses of modern day life. When our stress level is reduced we decrease anxiety and negativity thus encouraging a far healthier and positive outlook for ourselves and our future.
When we allow ourselves to relax we gain a sense of balance and much needed inner harmony this in turn begins to open up the all important inner voice, inner knowing and inner development of the wonderful person you really are.
No experience is ever needed to be the best we can be… simply a willingness to try.
The sessions run at 12-1pm every Friday from February 5th here at the beautiful Alma Vale Centre and cost £6.00 per session.
